FAQ

Q: Is $10 per channel or per export?
Per channel per Research Pack. One export = one dataset. If you want an updated version (e.g., after a month of new posts), that's a new pack.

Q: Can I cluster by custom topics?
Yes — include your preferred topic names or focus areas in the email. Default is LLM-assisted clustering (3–5 groups) based on post content.

Q: What about very large channels (10,000+ posts)?
Contact us for a custom quote. Very large channels may require additional review time.

Q: Is this automated or manual?
Semi-automated. Deduplication and clustering are automated (LLM + scripts), but a human reviews every cluster for quality. This is not a product feature — it's a service.

Q: Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes — export a channel for free on telegram2text.com to see the raw output. The Research Pack adds dedup + clustering + noise removal on top.

Q: Is my data stored?
We process the exported text, deliver the result, and do not retain your data. See our privacy policy.
